It is our fundamental belief that good property management is about delivering outstanding customer service and being immediately responsive to issues and the concerns of leaseholders.  Lack of communication with leaseholders is the most common complaint against managing agents.  Leaseholders should feel that they are getting value for money from their service charge and are included in the way in which their homes and investments are managed.
